Cheer Coach Backpack

Here are the items I kept in my Cheer Coach Backpack at all times. I wore my backpack on the plane and brought it with us to practice and to the competition.

For the Team

  • Extra Hair Products (Hair Ties, Hair Spray, Hair Wax Stick, Bobby Pins, Brush)
  • First Aid Supplies (Bandages, Feminine Products, Nail Clippers, Instant Ice Packs, etc.)

Paperwork/Administrative

  • Emergency Contact List for Cheerleaders & Chaperones
  • List of Allergies/Medications/Etc.

When we were going to the parks, I brought a fanny pack with the essentials. I keep digital files on my Google Drive of emergency contact lists, allergies/medications, etc. so I could access those from my phone at any time.
